Penny Shore is a successful management consultant, gerontologist,  publisher and social entrepreneur. Over the past 25 years, Ms. Shore has proven herself to be an innovative and highly creative leader and business builder. She has established and built organizations from concept to full operation, in both the public and private sectors, and is a highly effective project manager and consultant. Her exceptional creative abilities as a publisher have been applied to both business and mass market educational programs. A gifted speaker, her national media tours, extensive training programs and public speaking have met with great success. She has participated on many voluntary Boards of Directors, is Co-Chair and Co-Founder of Best Buddies Canada and is the Chairperson and Founder of the Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research's National Youth Network.

She has published Success Over 50, a series of 36 books on finances, lifestyle and planning for retirement, a medical patient-education book/video  series on chronic disease management and an award-winning parenting educational series, as well as several other programs of educational publications. Penny has also served on several Boards of Directors in the voluntary sector and founded and chaired The International Advisory Council on Parenting. She graduated in Gerontology from the
University of Toronto and has degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Carlton University.
